Look carefully at the bridge from the river and notice the strange arch shape. This indicates the arch is failing and is the reason the bridge has to be rebuilt.
Well done, this is quite an interesting video, it's a real shame about the bridge though, hopefully the new one will look as nice as the existing one.

What about the nearby Valley Works Peter, with the underground tunnels that go for miles (alledgedly!) Much more interesting...
