Oh . You mean the split level ? Well its called the indoor foundation . Something like that . Its yellow in colour when you put it . Its in the foundation toolbar :D

Well , not all are really custom content . The sofas at the living room and the 3d surround system at 0:59 ,the whole toilet at 2:01 are custom contents . including floors and walls and the dining room and kitchen is custom content . the rest are from the eps . Nightlife , and open for business .
