  • Having been a Sweet fan since Wigwam Bam,although it was New York Connection that caught my attention, and having seen various line-ups including the original at the Hammersmith Odeon for the Level Headed tour in my humble opinion I wish I had seen this concert because after Brian this is my favourite vocalist. He doesn't try to be Brian and he puts his own unique stamp onto each song giving them a vibrancy that I haven't heard since.

  • Since most footage of the original band is on shows like Top of the Pops, aka not live, I enjoy seeing Mick Tucker & Andy Scott playing live in this video. I wish there was live video of the Original Sweet from th 70's! Notice, Micks strong drumming still carry this song and Andys guitar riffs still shine thru!

  • have to agree with others this is a total slaughter of the original song , they have killed it

  • So, this is the absolute original Iron Maiden singer... I wonder how it would have been today if they had kept him

  • So long Mick, so much underrated and groovy drummer!

  • I was there at the front near Andy Scott, great show still remembered. Brian was there too but stood at the side bar all night. Good guy though, talked to everyone, really friendly. Pity the video doesn't show the strippers that came on stage with the band in the encore.

  • Brian (RIP) was very much like Vince Neil and Rob Halford. Not the best technical singer his band had, but he had that vital something that just can't be replaced. Sometimes it's one of the "backup" musicians too: GNR started sucking right after they lost Izzy, and (while they got more successful) Metallica never really replaced Cliff.

  • WTF???

  • Sweet????????????

  • Hey don't get me started on Kiss! Ace and Peter are as much Kiss as Paul and Gene.Saw the original lineup in Sydney Australia when they did the first reunion and again without Peter, both times were great but I only saw the real Kiss once. You do know what i mean
