With all shoulder exercises I recommend squeezing at the top of each rep - never fly through your sets.

  • Great stuff. Will definitely be doing the Blast Straps Y-T's and bent-over Iso-dynamic L's before my next Upper Body day. Have been looking for variations to the Incline bench rotator cuff circuit that I usually do. Thanks, Dan!
