From what I've found, most NY'ers think anything south of NY is a southern state. ;)

@crazox03 I live across the river in West Virginia from Cumberland and let me tell me you something. It consists of some of the biggest rednecks that I've seen. Ever been to Flintstone or Oldtown? Probably not but they are in Maryland and they're worse yet. Two years ago at the city high school there was a race war. Pretty good evidence of some hicks in there.
