had the pleasure of watching the dirt band when i was seven years old and also went backstage and met them treated me like i was their own kid wonderful people and phenominal musicains have always been a huge fan of theirs, wonderfully talented

Yes, the Nitty Gritty Dirt Band is amazing!!!! They've been together for so long and are just great. I agree, such nice guys. Sure miss Jimmy Ibbotson being in the band though. They're still excellent. Jeff Hanna wrote this song.

just saw these guys at the calgary stampede, simplay amzing, waaay better than the rascall flatts version no doubt, musical masterpiece, most of the audience had teary eyes <3

@longy54 .. I know exactly what you mean, Amigo! I've had the honor and pleasure of hanging with these guys on a couple of occasions .. WorldClass Artists and WorldClass People, for sure .. Gotta Love The Nitty Gritty Dirt Band!!
