The Red Witch Medusa is a new and improved version of a limited edition chorus pedal Red Witch created back in 2004. The original Medusa achieved instant legend status with it's sweet, analog chorus tones, and the reissue gives you all that and more, with added control, a compact enclosure, plus Tremolo and ChorusTrem modes. What's ChorusTrem, you ask? ChorusTrem is an effect created when chorus and tremolo are happening at the same time, and in perfect sync with each other. The result is a wholly unique sound, perfect for lush, undulating guitar textures you won't hear anywhere else. You can also dial in classic analog chorus and tremolo tones for days with this pedal's extensive feature set. The Red Witch Medusa sports a full complement of cryptically-named controls, including Bathos, a depth control, Velocity, for speed, and Iridescence, a tone control for adding shimmer or warming things up. The Red Witch Medusa can operate in stereo or mono, features True Bypass switching, and is made with love in New Zealand. - http://proguitarshop.com/store/effects-chorus-pedals-red-witch-chorus-pedals-...

  • The witch looks a lot like the dog from Duck Hunt .

    Nice sound

  • I was excited until I saw the $350 price...damn. I understand it's probably worth it, but that's a bitch much to me (for a chorus/trem) at least. Amazing sounding effect though.

  • I just bought this and it's well worth the 350, pretty much 2 awesome pedals in one. Sounds great with my Fender American Strat and Hot Rod Deluxe.

  • siouxsie and the banshees spellbound? NICEEEE.

  • The third demo tone is cool!

  • @SpiteJay - I feel the same way, but only in that I like having dedicated pedals for individual effects. :-/

  • Spellbound...Nice demo !

  • @TheEarthBlues2 Just think of it as killing two birds with one beautiful stone that will last you forever. Plus......you deserve it ;-)

  • love the sound starting at 2:47. i wish there was a pedal just for that setting.

  • I bought this pedal and let me tell you it buzzes like you wouldn't believe. I've had it repaired, they said theres nothing wrong, I've tried different amps, different power sources even my decimator G can't kill the buzz. Please be aware that this pedal isn't worth half what they'll charge for it. Buy a chorus pedal and a tremolo pedal seperately and you'll save money and still buzz less.

  • this pedal brings out the chorus inside me

  • red witch is by far the best modulation pedal making company
