  • Awesome structure, just looks kind of awkward in that bland spot. Would be incredible with some landscaping around it.

    Actually, it doesn't need cement (the compressive strength of the arch is natural). What it needs is reinforcing steel bars inside; i'm worried it will blow over with the next big wind gust.

  • will it last? the arch typically needs more weight above it to hold it tightly together, what mud was used in the arch?
