StandWithUs/SF Voice for Israel Pepper-sprays peace activists

On Sunday, November, members of StandWithUs/SF Voice for Israel went to a Jewish Voice for Peace chapter meeting in the California Bay Area armed with video cameras and pepper spray. Members aggressively tried to videotape individual faces of attendees- they were invited to stay on the condition that they put down the cameras. Instead, the interrupted, intimidated, provoked, and finally pepper sprayed to Jewish Voice for peace members who had attempted to nonviolently obstruct the cameras with touching the operator. The use of pepper spray was unacceptable and should be condemned in the strongest possible terms. HOWEVER: the disruptions, the heckling, the refusal to shut up and sit down, the wrapping oneself in flags are ALL strategies that so-called "peace activists" have used to disrupt Israel-oriented events and lectures by prominent Israelis. Such strategies are unacceptable by either side!

These Ziothugs should be arrested, tried and serve long prison sentences. This was a private meeting and these supporters of Israeli terrorism were not invited. They should not get away with their crime as easily as Israel gets away with its crimes.

The members of Jewish Voice for Peace behaved with impeccable self restraint and dignity while being threatened and abused by members of Stand With Us, a group of Ziothugs who gate crashed the meeting.

I was so impressed with all the members of JVP.

And you know, censoring/blocking comments (for authorisation) isn't quite right. People sometimes need to discuss, and you will have those who stand against you and those who support you.
