SMX flatbed driver attacking me, Round Rock, TX 10/22/07 pt1

Part one of flatbed driver attacking me, 10/22/07. This was the first video clip after this guy walked up to me and threatened me because he thought I had jumped in front of him to be unloaded. He had just previously walked to the back of my truck and asked me why I jumped in front of him. I told him it was a different company unloading me and I was following their instructions. He threatened me with physical violence, so I grabbed my still camera and asked him while videotaping him if he had just threatened me. He asked me to go back to my truck, so I did. End part 1.

Smithway Motor Express, truck #9790. Plates: Iowa PU-2801, Williamson County Sheriff Department responded, did nothing but threaten me with a class C ticket and be required to appear within 30 days. They said said they had better things to do than to stand in the rain. Nobody even knows who this dude was, even until now. I've been off work since that day, I'm injured and my company is threatening me to drop me off the roster on January 16th if I don't come back to work.
