The desire to vote for Billy for mayor is just about the only thing that causes me to even *think* of leaving Hawaii and returning to NYC. Electa-llujah!
Rev Billy is a heartfelt man. I wish his conversations were heard by a bigger NYC audience. (no offense to Brian Leher of course) I listened to what he was saying, and what he was asking all of us, as New Yorkers, to do, to question, to think about, & act on. Stand up as communities and protect the fragile rich social structures, that make New York the special place that it is. To acknowledge & speak out on how the greed and unchecked power is both capitalizing on and destroying NYC's spirit.
