  • Do you find that the tempo changes somewhat depending on where the target is relative to Gen when he starts the sequence? I know that running into a wall can screw things up (or help!).

  • The only tempo that you may need to adjust is the pause in between the first 3 kicks.

  • This works for EVERY version of this kick on SUPER and AE.

Light version: kick - kick - kick - kick - KickKick

Medium version: kick - kick - kick - kick - kick, KickKick

Heavy version: kick - kick - kick - kick - kick, kick, KickKick

    EX version: mash.

And an easy combo for the Hands on AE is jumping MK, and then mash HP and MK at the same time. It will do his Target combo and then the hands 90% of the time. And the best part is, is that his Hands are safe ON BLOCK.

  • Shame it wont work in the trial since dan doesnt jump, just stands there, i have gotten max 6 with Medium Kicks

  • you sir are a gentleman and a scholar, with your timing I can complete the move like 98% of the time

  • Thanks man helped a lot

  • You are my hero

  • Thanks thats great. Now I finally learned it

  • thanks for this

  • @KhasarDeTemplari

    Why you are dumb

    ignoring frame data.

    shoryuken is faster than gekiro.

  • @Realmasterorder

Why Gekiro is awesome and Shoryukens aren't:

Shoryuken fills 1/4 super bar on hit, Gekiro fills 3/4 super bar as long as you complete it.

Shoryukens do about 1/2 of their normal damage to airborne targets, whilst Gekiro does full damage.

Couple of successive Gekiros frustrates the shit out of your opponent.

Why Gekiro is hard to pull of:

It's not. It just requires practice. Once you master it, you won't have any problems completing it 100% of the time.

  • @TheDimsh I did not say why this Video was made but why Capcom made it so that simple shoryuken move that does not take off too much health would need lots of timing to do each time ..Same goes for other very ridiculous moves that seem pretty useless but require just frame timing .
