Great work, man. Hand cramps hit me in the summer, almost always caused by dehydration. Not to get too graphic, but one way to tell if you are adequately hydrated is that your urine should be almost clear, not at all yellow. Now I keep a few bottles of water on the stage. Hope that helps! Everybody knows the drummer's working, but us bass-players do our share of heavy lifting.
