Mobile Small-World Networks: KHOPCA and Reckful Roaming

The k-hop clustering algorithm KHOPCA and the topology control algorithm Reckful Roaming are applied on the same mobile topology. The result is that for certain network densities, both localized algorithms were able to evoke small-world properties (that are global properties).
