Hey Dave, the pickups are original and I have got it going through a pair of vintage polytones with a bit of reverb, thats all. I am using D'Angelico light flatwounds.

On a 335 Gibson you can play any style you like. It depends on the strings you've got on it, these are flatwounds so it is good for jazz, with roundwounds this guitar is great for blues and rock. Cheers dude.

Hey leigh I know this is an old vid but wondering if you have any idea about the pickups in the guitar you are using. I have a Epiphone Sheraton 335 style guitar and was thinking of upgrading the pickups with some gibson ones but there are so many options. Any sugestions? Maybe non gibson options too? Thanks Chris.
