@LarsTheHonest There are actually no such contradictions in Quran. I am a muslim and I have studied islamic religion since 1st grade
he sure have kept an "open mind" and only by doing that he saw the truth about Islam
but my friend you and many ppl like you, let the media created stereotypes control their judgement
I advice you my brother in humanity to open your mind and learn about islam on your own and from trusted sources and then you can judge it

That he believes in one God is good, but why turn to Islam? He pointed at contradictions in the Bible, they can for the most part be explained. And there are similar contradictions in the Qur'an and Hadith as well.
I sincerely hope he realizes what he's become involved in before it is too late. Fortunately, he's not under sharia law, so he will be allowed to commit apostasy without getting the death sentence.
