All through the very long campaign, I pictured where Rory Gilmore was that day. She had the job for pretty much 2 1/2 years. Would she still be working in DC? Or gearing up to cover the next race? Burned out by politics? One thing I know, she had to get someone to cover her for a couple days during the drawn out democratic primary so she could go home for her mom and Luke's wedding...and then a handful of months later for the birth of her new twin brothers. Maybe bump into Jess too.
