A stunning epic re-tracing the steps of this Portuguese explorer's intrepid voyage to India, which was borne out of a desire both to trade, and to spread the word of Christianity. From Mossel Bay to Mozambique, and finally to India, his fascination with Africa spawns baptisms, conversions, alliances of convenience. It was a voyage that would change the world into one trading village. Revisiting these Places, we offer a visual feast chronicling an amazing journey.

  • Christopher Columbus was a Portuguese spy.

  • But the 3 biggest Oceans of the Earth united only by Portuguese Captains and in majority by Portuguese expeditions: Gama and Magalhães (Magellan) who serve Spain, but also his country Portugal before - to Malacca and Indonesia; or better by the expeditions lead by Dias, Cabral, Gama, Albuquerque (Red Sea, Persian Gulf, Pacific by the Cape) and Magalhães.

But we all need careful with "fanatical" nationalism. Let all Humans show they individual valor with patriotism, but for Humankind.

  • Earrape, horrible quality, but I guess I can handle it for the greater good.

  • So helpful..

  • @bluemonday83 Thanks, but if you really think that Jesus needs the services of a military order, that means you have the whole concept of real Christianity wrong. The good news is meant to conquer hearts and not countries or people.Loving God with all your heart and loving your neighbour as yourselves-this is the sum of Gods commandments is what Jesus said.(Matthew 22:34-40)Killing People,no matter in what name it might be, is a 'NO' in Christianity.

  • @ML678v maybe you should try talking with the Pope,so that in future he could become Saint Da Gama?
