is it true that i have to go online to actually beat the game ?

i have just got this game for my ps2 and im a little concerned that i won't be able to play the whole story part of the game.

@rickcell09 Unfortunately, yes. The PC/PS2 version of PSU is now defunct as of a year ago. The only way to gain access to online is through the Xbox 360 version.

@rickcell09 Technically you would have already beat the game. Just the offline potion of it.
