No amplifier used. I just used a standard 1/8th inch stereo cable from the drum headphone out (with a 1/4th to 1/8th inch stereo adapter) to the line in at the back of my CPU.

is it hard to hit the pads?

Not really, The system has 3 sensitivity settings. i have it set to 3 so i can play some ghost notes.

I have 3 questions:
1. What speaker did you use?
2. What software did you use?
3. Did you use a midi cable?

1. Did not use any speaker. I just used the record feature in the DD65 system
2. I used Fruity loops studio software
3. I connected it to my computer using a standard 1/8' stereo cable running from the headphones out of the DD65 to the mic input in my PC.
Then i opened up Fruity loops studio & i played back my recorded song through the DD65 while im recording in Fruity loops. Then i saved the sound as MP3 and used Windows movie maker to merge the video and the audio that i just saved.

Bought this machine because of your video then bought two electronic drum kits combined via a sound mixer plus loads of dvds/books totalling about £2000. You owe me big time, nice vid!!!

Waw! you could have bought a more expensive drum kit like roland with that price. haha. Put up some video too. GB!
