Retro Month continues as Geek Crash Course goes deep into The X-Files. The adventures of FBI Agents Fox Mulder and Dana Scully began almost twenty years ago and created a mythology filled with alien colonists, Roswell conspiracies, and deadly black oil. And that's only scratching the surface. Join Agents Michael and Diana as they try to make sense of the deep and complex world of The X-Files.

Special thanks to Mallory Westfall for her help researching and writing this week's episode!

  • Other great standalones: Jose Chung's From Outer Space, Humbug, Irresistible, Beyond the Sea, Ice, Paper Hearts, The Pinebluff Variant, The Host, Drive, Pusher. I agree 100% about the episodes to avoid, those are the two worst episodes overall. A few others to avoid are: Space, Improbable, Chimera, Surekill, Jump the Shark, El Mundo Gira, Teso Dos Bichos and I Want to Believe. About the mythology, trying to explain anything that happens from season six and forward is a waste of time.

  • Great job! :)

  • Pretty decent. I'm impressed. Though you should have included "Pusher" in the must see MOTW eps. Because "X-Cops" is hilarious, but not as hilarious as "Bad Blood" and certainly it doesn't have the depth of "Pusher". But overall, pretty good overview.

  • you guys are kind of awesome!

  • Nice one guys! One of my favorite shows!
