Here is my cousins '99 Dodge 2500 with the old famous 24v. We just replaced the stock nozzles with 100 HP nozzles. Took quite a bit of cranking to get it to pop off on its own once most of the air was pushed out.

  • Yeah, it's gone now. In its place is a sweet 5" turbo back exhaust with a 6" tip behind the rear passenger tire.

  • truck sounds really good. are the ddp's or jammer nozzles?

  • @bobby21j You know I'm not sure. The package just had 24v wrote on it. My cousin might know maybe.

  • What is the difference in the injector? do they just open up more for more fuel?

  • @jerktrucker The nozzles which are the tips of the injectors have small holes machined in them for the fuel flow. These have bigger holes than the stock ones.

  • Sounds great! That was a wicked little lope when it first started! What else has the truck got? Being a 24-valve, it has to have a aftermarket lift pump right? Tuning, transmission upgrades, etc??

Great vid, Cummins sound so damn good!

  • @Xx69roadrunnerxX Well, im not sure what brand he has for chip but it's a 3 position chip and some off brand lift pump along the frame rail. The clutch is suppose to be ceramic. Everything else is stock.

  • MY 2000 DOES BETTER BEST YEAR EVER MADE

  • @Davidsfarmlives if you run 5 in to make it all the way right u have to jump the frame rail and it looks tacky underneath with a 5in pipe just hanging there

  • That smoke stack doesn't look good right there, make it all the way on the right, or left

  • and yes, thats a 12v rattling in the background, took alittle time bleeding the air out and ran my battery dead, looked like a good jump vehicle.

  • They are jammer nozzles, bully dog torque dog (only 65hp), its got a raptor 150, with 1/2" big lines. its got an inline boost builder. still not sure of the clutch, was told it was ceramic, sure does feel like it, its either engaged or not. will have to get a video going through the gears.

  • @cumminsdiesel1234567 Haha, "supposed to be ceramic".
