Strange fruit, original by Billie Holiday, now Chris T. Rand's version.
The saddest song ever written. The saddest part is that hatred of "us against them" is still alive and kicking, but a bit more "sophisticated". That's why this song still has to be sung.
My vocals where unintentional as I was recording a guide track and singing along my playing of the acoustic guitar. Since Billie's version is very hard to play and sing my version is an arrangement closer to Nina Simone's version.
