I have the 2007 185 with the standard 3.0 135 HP and my top speed is about 42. with standard prop.

also your prop size might be bigger because we went down fron a 23 to a 19 to give a better holeshot for waterskiing

Interesting. I have the 190hp 185 and my top speed with 4 on board is also 52 mph. Interesting.

Gotta love the hawksbury and bayliners. We have a 185 with the 220hp motor and love it up.
