It's a shame the conviction rate is so low. The legal system doesn't work very well when it comes to rape.

I've read only 1 in 16 people accused for rape will actually be found guilty. So the number of people serving time for rape is actually a drop in the ocean if you do the math.... very sad and horridly injust.
