This is a nicely done spot, but I think it targets only the audience that already uses the library. The challenge of library marketing is appealing to people just want more of whatever they're into and don't think they'll find it at the library (and are usually right). This spot does not expand a non-patrons perception of what they'll find at the library. Frankly, I think libraries already have an ironclad lock on the origami-loving photo enthusiasts that are into period dramas.
