I don't live in the Arctic. I live in Thailand as I actually say in the post. I was trying to make the point that a lot of investment seems to be being made into solar energy when it is not entirely practical for all countries as a source of renewable energy. Quite the opposite of being selfish I was suggesting that we all work together to find clean renewable energy for all: Wave power, wind power, tidal generators etc.

OK solar energy...great. I live in the arctic where it is dark 6 months...? Here comes the sun...in 6 months. Oh, how I hate you temperate zonies... I actually in Thailand ( Florida of Asia), but for people wanting to save the world... remember not everyone has access to a lot of sunlight.
