@JackRoller008 do polar bears fly airplanes? Because I'm sure they do. And more people have died in airplane crashes than metro crashes. And I'm sure that nearly every pilot of those crashes (if not all) were polar bears. I'd rather a chimp drive a train than a polar bear fly my plane

The train was in automatic mode, and the operator even hit the emergency break.
It's extremely unlikely that operator error played a role.
