Pretty good man, but you gotta learn how to use your pinky. Learning how to use the pinky really opens doors.

@duskcrawler I do not agree with the whole "you should read the dates given"-part. The message still got through to you, which was my intent. And you had the option to not respond, which you still did. And your response lead to you giving some proper constructive criticism, which the person in the video's going to read eventually. And that is, always, a good thing. No harm done :)

@UnidentifiedRob I mean no offense, but I believe it is best to read the dates given. That was just a minor mistake on your part as not being specific on what I meant "mistakes" was in the solo. IMHO, I think its a bit staccato, or choppy, it needs a little extensive work for it to sound, at minium, a little better, but this is his cover, so he can do as he wishes.

@duskcrawler Ah, I didn't look at when the comment was posted. I merely responded to something that I didn't agree with. Nor did I go out of my way to point that bit out, seeing how it's extremely easy to respond to YouTube comments.
-
@UnidentifiedRob I understand, that is an error I intend to fix. However, question is, why did you reply to something I posted 2 months ago? I don't understand that, one bit as to why you went out of your way to say "Its not constructive criticism."
-
@duskcrawler There is, indeed, a difference between "destructive" and "constructive" criticism. But what you wrote was neither of them. It was just "criticism". You offered no explanation as to what kind of mistakes he made, nor did you help him by giving out pointers as to how he could work on said mistakes. You just told him that they're.. Well, "there".
-
@UnidentifiedRob Actually it is, since I did not use insults or anything offensive to critique his cover. There's a difference between "constructive" and "destructive" criticism. Unless you find "some mistakes" to be insulting, it is constructive criticism, regardless I was a bit vague about what I said.
Al, you have improved to the point of excellence! :) Or at least I think so anyway
