Hopefully other people have noticed that APMEX's bid and ask prices are consistently listed as being higher than what they really should be. Their premiums are outrageous and their buy back prices, even for $10K swaps are getting lower.

Buy from other bullion retailers. Everyone who buys from APMEX is asking for higher premiums. Their premiums have consistently increased EVEN when they have high stock

@llmasterkll That was actually the only time I ended up buying from them. I was buying at the coin shop because the guy there was giving me a pretty good deal.

Still not too late. Gonna be $80 an ounce by the end of this summer maybe to $100. I wouldn't be surprise if it happen. This morning I ordered 1x- 100oz apmex silver bar. Should of done it 5 months ago at $28 an ounce but I was too hard headed lol. Also check out apmex 2011-4oz silver Benjamin "$100"currency bar. It looks pretty kool.

@NITER1DER Oh yeah. I'll buy whenever I have the money. Dollar cost averaging. In February I bought 40 eagles for 30 a pop from the local coin shop when spot was 28 something. I was happy with that.

I've been concentrating on food now. I bought canning supplies and I'm going to start soon. I have some other necessities, but I know that just buying silver won't be good enough. Self sustainability will be the future.

@SILVERpeasant1996 Right on!! I haven't bought any since February. I got 40 eagles for 1200 at the local coin shop, that was my last purchase. I don't have a ton of money, but I try to do what I can with it.

Now that I look back I wish I would have bought more, especially before August of last year, before the price just kept going up. I'm sure a year from now I'll be thinking "I wish I bought more last year". .LOL!!

I get rid of my dollars as soon as I get them. Take her easy bro!!

I was watching this vid again because I'm gonna be ordering a 10 oz bar and I wanted to see the look of them. You payed $700 for 40 oz. My God!! Now I know why my dad would carry in packages from tulving.com. I told him he had to spread the Ag love. He was like "sure, I'll take some money out of your account tommorrow." :( But he did, I'll be showing my silver when I get it. Time to get rid of some more fiat. Talk to you soon.

@acuriousbeast Yeah it was a happy day. I bought those right after that pullback from 18 to almost 15 an ounce. I think I paid nearly 700 for them. Those were the good old days.
