This is somewhat unrealistic. Who do you expect to pay for everyone's free passage from place to place? If the US or Canada or other advanced economies allowed anyone to just arrive and live here, our welfare/healthcare/education system would be so overburdened that our governments would go bankrupt.

Unfortunately, countries with highest standards of human rights have very low respect for the "right to move" of people from many eastern hemisfere countries. Frustrating diffuclties, often dliberately designed to affect personal dignity (like through the method of "discouriging") are encountered when someone tries to obtain European Union or US visa to come as a tourist for few weeks or visit friend or fammily. For citisens of many countries touristic visits are even not possible!
