@Timespartan111 no, but perhaps an exposed piece of wood or something would be beneficial if for any reason they feel like relaxing with their head above water for a bit. (this is what i have for my c. orientalis)
@qap7257 You are speaking to an expert ;) This guy is well known in the dutch community of newt keepers and I am pretty sure he is knowing what he is doing, for he is also a well respected user in the forums of caudata.org which you surely know if you deal with these animals ;)
