  • SHE FORGOT TO MENTION THAT IT LOWERS YOUR BLOOD SUGAR LEVELS.....KINDA IMPORTANT TO LEAVE OUT.

  • Grate the peeled ginger (about 1 inch)

    and add to about 1 cup of water - more or less depending on your taste. Simmer for 5 -10 minutes. Strain the ginger tea and sweeten - or not - it is tasty w/o sweetener. I also add a little cardamon to it.

  • Ok.. Thanks for the info.! As of mentioning, slice it up as a potato...do you mean, cut off the skin of the Ginger, first...then, sqeeze the juice from the pulp?

  • slice up raw ginger as you would a potato and boil in water for about 20min strain into a tea cup add sugar enjoy......
