Big Time is a theatrical concert movie released in 1988, another wonderful Tom Waits and Kathleen Brennan collaboration. This is truly a rare treat, he doesn't tour that much any more and this movie is a good way to make you regret missing out on his live acts even more.
At this point of his career he is leaving his early jazz years behind and
develops the roaring vocals around experimentation with various genres and instruments.
This segment features songs Rain Dogs and Train Song!

majamaja, I don't know what type of material he's doing, but he's currently touring extremely frequently, all of the U.S., and U.K., with appearances nearly every DAY this month.
So no worries about not seeing him, he's out there.

Oops, you're right. I was at the "Anti" website, and they put up other artists' dates even inside the Tom Waits section. I'm victim of crappy web navigation design.
