All the western governments and media spreading of anti china fear mongering propaganda in africa is nothing more than a colonial powers who sees their personal looting grounds slipping away form them. China benefits from a more stable developing africa whereas the west benefits from a destabilized impoverish africa that is forced to beg for aid from the west! The african borrowers are always slave to the western lenders whose conditions for loans in fact give them control over all of africa!
