they were called internment camps. i know that and im not even american. there was a difference, the japanese were treated humanely and were allowed to take, and keep possessions. they were there to keep fear from a homeland attack. wrong, yes.

America has done this before as well, there were japanese concentration camps on the west coast of america and even Britain had some concentration camps for Italians during WWII.
