My First Few cakes!

Here we will see the many cakes I've learned to do over the past few months! I am done for a while, but wanted to show what I've done so far!! Any tips/advice/etc will be welcome! Thanks-Novice!

oh and for tips dont roll out ur fondant to thinly and don't put to much buttercream on ur cake when ur crumb coating then leave to dry before putting fondant on it'll help to avoid wrinkles, tearing, cracks and folds in your fondant

how do you know how thick the fondant should be, this is hard for me to measure!

I can really see your progression in your vid. Im the same, self taught through books and U tube.

I've posted a reply to ur vid so u can see my cakes, Im not an expert yet either but it comes with time and practise so you'll get there and you've obviously got an imaginative eye. Good luck and stick with it! xx
