  • Dave, this series continues to get better and better. The example you have of retelling the story that you found in the conversation is powerful. I see the importance of helping people find their dreams. Certainly, that is the need of my primary market, baby boomer entrepreneurs.

  • what he trys to do is get on an emotional level with him by asking him what does this mean to you... hes really using the principles of nlp to set himself to tell a story that will convey to the customer that they are on the same level and that his best interests are in the customer

  • Wooooh!!!!!! Awesome, find out what the customer is trying to get out of their project or what their challenges are 1stand then show how you can help them. End with question and close the deal.
