Theresa you have such a positive, sweet energy. I am glad I found you! FYI, I was doing regular exercise, but could not lose weight & had inflammation of my feet & ankles. You see, I have Hashimoto's & I thought my situation was hopeless until , and a fellow Hashi's patient recommended this to me. I was surprised to learn that T-Tapp can help with hormones, inflammation, etc. I am going to order the Total Workout DVD. I will keep you updated on my progress.

How does this method compare to barre workouts? Barre workouts have bulked my thighs even more than weights.

Hi Teresa - I am in the UK and have just ordered your book after hearing about T-Tapp on Facebook. Thanks for uploading these videos, it really does help to understand the excercises! I wish we had a class here - maybe one day. Thanks!

Are there transcripts for this ? I'm having a hard time lipreading because the lips aren't enunciating clearly (with the breathing heavy )...
