  • How does this method compare to barre workouts? Barre workouts have bulked my thighs even more than weights.

  • @tiggie1975 T-Tapp will not bulk your thighs. The T-Tapp Stance activates all the muscles at every insertion to create balanced muscle activation to SLIM the thighs.

  • Theresa you have such a positive, sweet energy. I am glad I found you! FYI, I was doing regular exercise, but could not lose weight & had inflammation of my feet & ankles. You see, I have Hashimoto's & I thought my situation was hopeless until , and a fellow Hashi's patient recommended this to me. I was surprised to learn that T-Tapp can help with hormones, inflammation, etc. I am going to order the Total Workout DVD. I will keep you updated on my progress.
