And while to many of us "good music is good music" does indeed hold true, for many people it's bluegrass and country or it's nothing worth listening to. I will never understand it (I can't stand most pure country, though I think bands that take a bit of influence from it ala Wilco, My Morning Jacket are brilliant), but that's true for alot of people, regardless of whether they only listen to bluegrass, or only rock, or only rap. So, Punch Brothers will have their fans and their detractors.
