Hamas: Ismail Haniya Cries While Praying

Prime Minster Ismail Haniya cries whilst leading the salaatul Taraawih in Gaza during last ramadan.

The ayah/verses he was reading was Surah Al A'raf verses 128 to 129:

"[7:128] Moses said to his people: Ask help from Allah and be patient; surely the land is Allah's; He causes such of His servants to inherit it as He pleases, and the end is for those who guard (against evil).

[7:129] They said: We have been persecuted before you came to us and since you have come to us. He said: It may be that your Lord will destroy your enemy and make you rulers in the land, then He will see how you act."

Here is the translation :

128. Musa (Moses) said to his people: "Seek help in Allah and be patient. Verily, the earth is Allah's. He gives it as a heritage to whom He will of His slaves, and the (blessed) End is for the Muttaqun ( the pious ) .

129. They said: "We (Children of Israel) had suffered troubles before you came to us, and since you have come to us." He said: "It may be that your Lord will destroy your enemy and make you successors on the earth, so that He may see how you act?"
