Snow on satellite dish. Half of this DirecTV dish has been treated with Rain Shield. Of course it's designed for rain but also really helps in snow. If there is no wind (As in this case) the side with Rain Shield will melt first. If it's windy then the snow will simply not collect on the dish reflector. More video's to come. Disclaimer, I do not sell this product but use it and swear by it. You can get it at..

  • Sure you can go out and brush it off. So?

What about when you have your DVR set to tape a show when you're gone or it is when you are sleeping? Are you going to drive home and brush off your dish? Are you going to wake up at 2 A.M. to go out and brush off your dish?

  • i live in michigan and when it snows bad enough i have to go out and brush off the dish lol
