How to make Tempura soba 簡単めんつゆの作り方

Actually the order was SOBA. But it's was not good enough to make video so I added tempura and mentsuyu recipe. Mentsuyu is very useful ingredients for Japanese food recipe. I hope you all enjoy and get some idea from this video :)

Ingredients for Tempura batter:
: 1tsp sake　（小１ お酒）
: 2g baking powder （2g ベーキングパウダー）
: 50g flour （50g 薄力粉）
: Ice cube （氷１～２個）
: 70ml water （70cc お水）

Ingredients for Quick mentsuyu
: 400ml water （400cc お水）
: 100ml soy sauce （100cc しょうゆ）
: 100ml mirin （100cc みりん）
: 2g bonito flake （２ｇ 鰹節）
: 3 inch konbu kelp （8cm こんぶ）

Other Ingredients I used
: Negi (Green onion, Spring onion)
: Wasabi
: Shreded nori(Sea weed)

How I eat soba : put in the spring onions (green onions, welsh onions) into the sauce, then I add a small egg yolk in it, mix well then I add the noodles into the sauce mix it again then eat XD
