This move is very easy to do. Basically, stand on the ground with the ball between your feet. Then first press left (or right) to where your player is facing. Then immediately after press in the opposite direction of the first one.
So, first press the d-pad (or analog stick) 90 degrees in a direction to where your player is facing (so that you press to the players left or right side) and then immediately press to the other side. You might need to try a few times for it to work.
