I don't really think it matters, nor do I think that kids are "immune" to getting made fun of. He had every right to voice his opinion, whether it is mean or not. If you put a video on YouTube, then you are opening yourself up to these kinds of attacks, and you should be prepared for them. You don't have to be the enforcer of YouTube etiquette or anything. Also, I think calling someone a "tard-o" is pretty low as well. Who would you rather put down, a retarded kid, or a 9 year old?
