A Silver Streak, in the spectator parking on Eagleson/east side of the lot. Wonder why he didn't enter? Don't think I had seen the car since the Almonte show on Canada Day.

  • needs some bias plys

  • @squirrelnutcased get on your bike and go buy him some then.

  • @Unclemoparman why do i have to take my bike? why cant i take my 51 pontiac? i was just giving my opinion

  • @squirrelnutcased kidding but you should expect that after all the niggling negative comments I hear from people about tires, wheels, maybe you should cut the guy some slack.

  • @Unclemoparman it wasnt a negative comment at all. im in love with this car and i would kill ofr it in its current style, i was just saying it would look even more nostalgic with some bias ply white walls, however, i do give much respect for having white walls and steelies period, even if they are radials. anytihng is better than billet. sorry for the misunderstanding!

  • @squirrelnutcased no problem, I'm just thin skinned about nitpicking and second guessing, most aren't as polite as you ha. Maybe he can't afford Cokers orhe just prefers the feel of radials, I do. But yeah I love the look of original, check out Mike Woodard's red '64 Polara 500 on these pages, awesome.

  • @squirrelnutcased youre right. on my 1947 i have original sized tire tubes and the tred width is 5 inches! check out my videos if you like 1940s pontiacs.

  • Yeah ! Stupid me ! I read it again after I submitted it. One thing's interesting. It has a Pontiac dash, not a Chevy dash. Chrysler used Plymouth dashes on Dodge and Desoto.

  • This IS Canada dude.

  • That looks like it could be an export model, maybe Canadian. They built Pontiacs on Chevy bodies, as they did Dodge and Desotos on Plymouth bodies.
