Driving Equality is a 100-day, 16,000-mile, 48-state trek across America to collect stories from LGBTQ people in an effort to raise awareness of the various forms of discrimination faced by our community in each state of the nation. Highlighting the differences in rights, laws, and amendments between the states will shed light on the current social standing of queer individuals today. I hope to create a dialogue about the disparities across the nation, and what can be done to end discrimination for all.
During the 100-day trip, I am meeting with LGBTQ community organizers, activists, and any citizens willing to talk, as well as our opposition. Through these interviews, I will gain an understanding of the current political climates, and explore ways of combating discrimination. Throughout my journey, I will make frequent posts on the website, including photos and video clips.

@CryptoDriver ... My bad... No thanks, didn't know you were queer, sorry. Don't smoke weed or run red-lights so that's out too. Mind my business, don't take commie s**t from cops, and don't pay traffic fines either (the very few that I have gotton), I beat them all... including a headlight ticket gotton whith headlights OFF in the dark. So, if you think all I am is JUST a YT Lawyer, ok. You handle your confrontations with the law, I'll handle mine. =)

@tazztt1 You'd mop my ass with your tongue dude. Talk is cheap. Youtube comments are worthless. Go google "Carroll Doctrine" and then come talk to me. You believe your bullshit advice, go smoke a joint in your car and run a red light in front of a cop, then refuse to consent to a search. See what happens in a real courtroom, not your Youtube Lawyer version of a court room.

@CryptoDriver ... Interesting assessment. I'd mop the floor with you in any courtroom. Carry on.

@tazztt1 News flash Youtube Lawyer, if the police develop probable cause to search a vehicle it doesn't matter if you consent or not, anything they find IS admissible. Folks, PLEASE don't get your legal advice from Youtube lawyers. You'd be better off seeking counsel from a derelict crack addict than you would listening to what a Youtube Comment Lawyer has to say.

police in indiana are pretty bad man. it seems everywhere in the state they have there own laws and they will lie and back each other up all the time. it is unfortunate that indiana is a drug highway in a lot of places. but still these hick backwards ass police are violators. i grew up in muncie and live in michigan. i still travel back there often to visit my mother. i get pulled over everytime i go to indiana, for having michigan plates. they tell me every time it looks like i was swerving.

This is all these dumb bastards have to do with their time? Just another cop breaking his oath which he took to defend and uphold the Constitution of The United States of America. Piece of shit should be ashamed of himself. Way to go with this bullshit war on drugs.

@draconite420 ... wrong... you simply say "I don't consent to searches"... regarless of what they find, or don't... it will not be admissable evidence if YOU do not consent...
to prove guilt, the prosocution will have to provide probable cause, follow proper proceedure, show physical evidence, and follow every rule of law to a 'T'... of course YOU will have to object to anything that is not within the perameters of the preceding and use it for motions to dismiss
