STYROCON™ is a lightweight, fire resistant composite construction panel.
It consists of a low density core, containing a mixture of Portland Cement, Polystyrene beads, water and fire-retardant compounds.

The mixture is then sandwiched between 2 layers of Fibre Cement Sheeting. The resulting panels are light weight, durable, adaptable and extremely strong.

The STYROCON™ panel was first patented by the originator, Professor Julius Elischer of Perth, Australia in 1971.The product has since been developed to the point of where it is now regarded internationally as a superior wall panelling system.
