Also, as you say, the "twitch, twitch" factor starts, when you say "how can we pay them back what we didnt borrow?"

Or, if THEY lost the money, and we BAILED THEM OUT, then WHY are we paying them MASSIVE interest ? - is it because we borrowed the bailout money, off the people who asked us to bail them out ?"

At that point, they feel likeyou've just asked them if they would like to join the local bird spotting club, and be your best friend, forever

Seriously, i am with you - i TOTALLY understand about the "glazed" look. Its a PERFECT description.

My borther looks at me, as though he's looking thorugh my head, and smiles as though he's dreaming, and then says "oh yeah, i know, its terrible" (he doesnt mean it, at all - but he would rather offend me, by brushing over it, than talk about the hippocracy of it all)

Yes, do you know WHY they do that ?

Because every now and then, Cameron or Jeremy Paxman, or someone in a tv role says something like (and cameron is aPERFECT example):

"well, of course there are always the conspiracy theorists, who will try to turn this into something its not, but im appealling to all sensible people, to do the right thing, and trust those in power, to do the rigth thing, and not get carried away with fantasy".

Its funny you know when ever I chat to people at work about the national deficit I ask them who do you think we are paying back??

They can never answer me and when I rtell them its the banks whio we pailed out in the first place, thier eye's go all glazed over. Its like most sheeple know whats going on but they cannot face up to the reality because they want fame and fortune or something...

Cameron heads off down the wrong road here from the offset. i like the idea of British PM @ Zeitgeist but only if he's going to embrace what ZM means. David if u hadve actually read the orientation guide or engaged the films, we mightve heard you discuss a resource-based-economy &/or how it can be achieved or ur views on the potential imminent collapse of the Euro currency & the relevance of Zeitgeist on this basis.Watch former US President Bill Clinton's question & answer session instead
