That is a Alfa romeo specialist in the Netherlands.....
Before they also had a dealership....
They made special and more powerfull versions of the ''normal'' Alfa's for customers who liked that....

@steventean Alfa Romeo specialist, some own part, some from cosworth. Savali is something like Cosworth for Ford, or AMG/Brabus for MB ;)

Love the 164. Wish the driver had given it some stick! He was short-shifting - what's the point of the power if you don't use it...

it's cool. not a big fan of that exhaust note though, a little to ricey. also, i couldn't really hear the engine from inside the car... does it sound any different?
